注意事項

出展日は必ず出展者がブースに常駐してください（休憩等のための短時間の不在は問題ありません）。
搬入は各日程11:00〜13:00です。必ずオープン時間までに設営を完了させてください。
各ブースで定められた壁の境界は越えないように展示して下さい。
各ブースに椅子が1脚付属します。
テーブル・椅子等の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。
ご利用いただけるものは、釘、画鋲、マスキングテープ、ひっつき虫です。壁によっては硬く画鋲が入らない場合があります。
マスキングテープ以外のテープ類、ネジはご利用いただけません。
A〜Cブースはグループでのお申し込みはできません。
D〜Kブースは同時在廊は2名まで、3名以上のグループは交代で在廊して下さい。
コンセントはご利用いただけません。
スピーカー等での音出し（BGM等）はご遠慮ください。
酒類の提供、テイスティング等はご遠慮ください。
会期中の盗難や事故において事務局では責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
荷物を事前に送付する場合は、5月29日（木）の14時〜16時指定でお送りください。

ギャラリーにゴミ箱はありません。自分で出したゴミはお持ち帰り下さい。

Notes

Exhibitors must be present at their booth on exhibition days (short absences for breaks are acceptable).
Setup time is from 11:00 to 13:00 on each scheduled day. Please ensure that your booth is ready by the opening time.
Ensure that your display does not exceed the boundaries defined by the walls of each booth.
Each booth includes one chair.
Please refrain from bringing in tables, chairs, or other furniture.
Allowed items include nails, thumbtacks, masking tape, and adhesive putty. Some walls may be too hard for thumbtacks.
Tape other than masking tape and screws are not allowed.
Booths A to C cannot be applied for as a group.
Booths B to K allow a maximum of two people to be present at the same time; groups of three or more should rotate their attendance.
Power outlets are not available for use.
Please refrain from playing sound (e.g., BGM) using speakers.
Please refrain from serving alcohol or offering tastings.
The organizers cannot be held responsible for theft or accidents during the event. Please be aware of this in advance.
If you need to ship your items in advance, please send them between 14:00-16:00 on May 29 (Thursday).

The gallery does not have a trash can. Please take your trash with you.

物販について

ZINEを楽しみに来場されるお客様のために、なるべく多くのZINEをご用意ください。POZ過去出展者の方は過去のPOZでは出していない新作ZINEもご用意ください。その他、RISOやシルクスクリーンなどのプリント類、ステッカー、原画、グッズ類なども販売いただけます。
釣り銭はご自身でご準備ください。事務局に用意はありません。
物販手数料はかかりません。

About Sales

Please prepare as many ZINEs as possible for visitors who are looking forward to ZINEs. For those who have exhibited at POZ in the past, please also prepare new ZINEs that have not been released in past POZ events. In addition, you can also sell print items such as RISO and silkscreen, stickers, original drawings, goods, etc.
Please prepare change on your own. The office does not have it available.
No handling fee will be charged for sales.
